Junior Escrow Officer

With over two decades of experience in customer service, banking, and escrow, I bring a unique blend of communication expertise, financial knowledge, and problem-solving skills to every transaction. My career began in retail customer service and marketing (2000–2007), where I developed a strong foundation in client relations and consumer behavior.

​

From 2005 to 2010, I worked at Bank of America’s call center, where I provided Spanish-language support for checking, savings, and CD accounts. I also handled business credit card inquiries, loan processing, mortgage and HELOC servicing, and specialized in ticket resolution with professional letter and email correspondence.

​

At U.S. Bank (2012–2015), I expanded my mortgage servicing expertise with responsibilities including soft collections, pre-foreclosure processing, and insurance claims for defaulted and bankruptcy loans. I also supported the Escrow Department with high-volume account coordination and compliance communication.

​

Between 2015 and 2018, I served as a contractor for Hightide Settlement Services, managing VA REO files and acting as a liaison between settlement agents and the Department of Veterans Affairs to ensure seamless, regulation-compliant closings.

​

Since 2018, I have proudly worked at Victoria Gardens Escrow, where I continue to apply my diverse background to provide efficient, accurate, and friendly escrow services. My years of experience across banking and escrow make me a trusted resource for smooth closings and client satisfaction every step of the way.
